HUMAS (HUMAS System Mobile), developed by TRIONCORE OÜ, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. These rules apply to every participant, including adults.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), involving a child in sexual activities, grooming for exploitation, sexual extortion and facilitating child trafficking are prohibited. This applies to messages, images, links and all other uses of HUMAS.

Report suspicious behaviour through the reporting form in the app settings. Include an event reference or HUID, the time and a brief description. Do not download or forward illegal material; identifiers and a description are sufficient for a report. An additional contact channel is support@humassystem.com.

The responsible staff member reviews reports and takes action to stop violations and restrict the offender’s access. When HUMAS obtains actual knowledge of CSAM, it takes action to remove the material or disable access, subject to legal evidence-preservation requirements. Necessary information is reported to competent authorities as required by law.

Report information is accessible only to authorised persons to the extent necessary to handle the report and fulfil legal obligations. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services: the HUMAS reporting form is not an emergency channel.
