HUMAS System provides an organization with a unified space for verified participation.
Every employee joins through an independent HUMAS System Identity and personal HUID. Glyph, Corporate Certification, HUNIT, and other verified records are shown only when created under the applicable rules and remain connected to the participant’s protected history.
The organization gains a coherent view of team dynamics and can see how participation develops over time — across processes, departments, and collaborative activity.
01Executive Overview
Executive Overview presents permitted, aggregated organizational participation context:
- the balance and distribution of verified participation;
- the dynamics of engagement and contribution;
- changes in workload and the sustainability of participation over time;
- indicators that require attention and organizational dialogue.
Corporate access is configured within agreed roles and visibility levels. A manager receives an aggregated view of the team, not ownership of a participant’s personal history.
The dashboard supports management understanding and does not replace human judgment.
02Employee Participation Identifier — HUID + Glyph
Each employee becomes an independent participant in HUMAS System and receives:
- a personal HUID within the platform architecture;
- a Glyph — a symbolic participation identifier;
- a history of verified actions and certifications;
- a continuous connection between contribution, time, and participation outcomes.
HUID and Glyph are linked to the individual. They do not become the property of the organization and do not constitute an assessment of the employee’s personality, health, or professional value.
03Participation → Verified Value
HUMAS System transforms verified actions into a structured history of participation.
HUNIT is an internal unit of verified activity or participation, calculated according to the platform’s current methodology.
HUNIT is not a monetary value and does not turn an employee’s contribution into company property. It makes participation visible while preserving the connection between the individual, the action, and time.
For the organization, this provides a clearer understanding of how collective contribution is formed.
04Transparency and Trust
HUMAS System records verified participation and helps the organization build a transparent culture of contribution recognition.
When the established criteria are met, an organization may receive Verified by Energy status.
This status reflects:
- a responsible approach to human participation;
- transparency of contribution verification rules;
- respect for participants’ rights and personal histories;
- consistent development of corporate ethics.
Verified by Energy is not an automatic assessment of a company. The status confirms compliance with the current HUMAS System criteria.
